September was a dynamic and exciting month for Cyber Surgery, full of milestones and opportunities to showcase our innovative robotic surgical technology. From attending LSI Europe in Lisbon, to debuting the ALAYA robotic assistant at our first appearance at NASS Chicago, to advancing the FDA certification process for ALAYA, we’ve made steady progress toward our goal of offering our advanced robotic solutions worldwide.
Continued growth and innovation: Building strategic partnerships and driving innovation in robotic surgery and medical technology.
We kicked off September by attending the LSI Europe 2024 event in Lisbon, where our CEO, Jorge Presa, participated in a live presentation and shared key insights on how our pioneering technology is revolutionizing the surgical robotics landscape. This live session provided a unique platform for Jorge to highlight “Cyber Surgery’s all-in-one, easy-to-use technology, which is now close to CE certification, bringing us closer to offering our advanced robotic solutions worldwide”.
Our presence at Human-Centered Health Technologies in Madrid also highlighted our commitment to driving technological innovation in healthcare through active collaboration with the medical sector. Davide Scorza, our Head of Applied Research, represented Cyber Surgery at the event and joined a panel of experts to discuss the future of medical robotics and how automation and AI are shaping the industry. “One of the key takeaways was that both robotic systems and surgical procedures need to evolve together, and the industry is increasingly demanding closer collaboration between clinicians and engineering teams to drive this evolution,” emphasizes Davide.
For the first time, Cyber Surgery participated in the North American Spine Society Annual Meeting (NASS) by introducing the ALAYA robotic assistant with advanced Sense & Track technology. Many professionals in the industry showed interest in this pioneering technology and how ALAYA brings multiple benefits to the surgical environment.

As we move into October, the momentum continues. We’re gearing up for a month of major international events where we’ll showcase the ALAYA robotic assistant and share our vision for the future of surgery. Here’s a look at what’s coming up:
- Return to EuroSpine 2024 (Vienna): Showcasing the latest advancements in spine robotics at booth #C21.
We are excited to return to EuroSpine, one of the most important annual meetings for spine specialists. This year, we’ll be showcasing the latest technological advancements in our ALAYA robotic assistant, designed to overcome the limitations of traditional optical technologies. Visit us at booth #C21 to learn more.
- Participation in EANS 2024 (Sofia): Highlighting our pioneering solutions for neurosurgery.
We’ll close out the month at the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies Congress, where we’ll further demonstrate our commitment to innovation in neurosurgery and continue to build connections with leading experts in the field.
October promises to be another impactful month for Cyber Surgery as we continue expanding our reach and showcasing our cutting-edge solutions on the global stage. Stay tuned for updates, follow us on LinkedIn.
