We are looking for an organized, meticulous individual with a strong willingness to learn to join our team as an ERP Technician. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking their first professional experience, an internship, or a temporary position with the potential for continued employment. This is not a placement for a bachelor’s or master’s thesis. Your mission will be to support the day-to-day operation of the ERP system by keeping information up to date and properly structured so the rest of the organization can work with reliable data.

What will your role involve?
As a member of the Operations team, you will provide direct support in managing and updating the ERP system, Odoo, under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
As a support role, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining information in the system according to the provided instructions, without making critical decisions regarding system configuration or process design.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

- Completing and keeping bills of materials, or BOMs, up to date in the ERP system.
- Completing and maintaining component prices and associated supplier information.
- Defining manufacturing routes in the system, following the instructions of the Operations Manager.
- Creating digital templates in the ERP for records that are currently managed on paper.
- Recording inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing goods, deliveries and other stock movements, and carrying out the corresponding checks, such as verifying quantities and references.
- Configuring quality control points.
- Carrying out other tasks related to the definition, operation and maintenance of ERP data.
Requirements

- No specific educational background is required. We value organizational skills, meticulousness, and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience with ERP systems is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software, particularly Excel.
- Ability and willingness to work according to established instructions and procedures.
- Proactivity and suggestions for improvement are also valued.
