The researcher will join a technical team to participate in the development of a surgical robot. The researcher will develop and test segmentation, registration and automatic detection algorithms of spinal images.

The candidate is expected to have:

  • B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in image processing (segmentation, pattern recognition, morphological analysis).
  • Experience in Computer Vision to calibrate cameras, estimate 3D poses or enhance images.

Experience with 2D/3D multimodal registration, Machine Learning or Deep Learning algorithms and experience with Python and C++ will be a plus.
